This is one of NYCSCC’s two value-priced traditional conference rooms, perfect for a small group of up to 8 to meet boardroom-style and conduct their business. Located right off the elevator on the third floor at NYCSCC’s West 26th Street Conference Center, blessed with natural light and a great view overlooking 26th Street, it’s a no-nonsense, basic room available for a variety of tasks and meetings. Fitted with a wall-mounted LCD screen to make best use of the space, and with a movable dry marker board available upon request, the room is available both at an hourly rate (minimum of 4 hours) as well as for a flat rate — see our website for current pricing.

We’re located in the heart of Chelsea and the Flatiron District with easy access to most major train lines including the F, M, R, W, 1, 6, E, C, and PATH. We’re also near the 23rd Street crosstown bus. 

Conference Room 1 is available for booking at both an hourly rate of $75 per hour for a minimum of 4 hours, or a flat rate for full-day (9AM to 5PM) and evening (6PM to 10 PM) sessions.
